This is a very handy base that many people compare to 555.

• Ingredients: Natural & Artificial flavors, Propylene Glycol, Ethyl Alcohol (just a bit).

2 to 3 drops per 5ml seems to be a good starting point.
Nice tobacco base with a touch of sweet without being too sweet.
