New Courier charges as of 1-7-2019

We have had to raise our NZ courier pricing slightly for both main service and rural areas. First time in 8 years ;-(

This is partly due to a new surchage now imposed on ALL courier shipments to residential areas and also partly due to increased costs in general over 8 years, in particular Rural Deliveries.

  • Old charge for main service areas was $5.90, now $7.50 
  • Old charge for Rural areas was $7.80, now $9.50

Updated: 12th August 2025 - due to new legislation, we are no longer able to provide FREE Shipping on orders above $75.

New Zealand orders

We know you want your order as soon as possible so orders placed before 1pm are usually shipped the same* business day (*provided payment has been received and goods are in stock).

  • Same day shipping (* see above) - our default shipping is Signature required
  • Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days and all orders have *tracking information.
  • *A track and trace No. is provided
  • Shipped via New Zealand Couriers within New Zealand for most main service and rural deliveries - We use Courier Post for PO Box deliveries (cannot use New Zealand Couriers for PO Box) and New Zealand Couriers often sub-contract to Courier Post for Rurual delivery services.
  • PO box is ok via Courier Post delivery only - if you require a Signature delivery, then you must choose a non PO Box address and a suitable signature required shipping method.

Shipping Price Scale:

  • Non rural = $7.50
  • Rural Delivery = $9.50

Any warranty or returns are shipped at your cost - both ways (unless the return or warranty claim is accepted, we will then compensate for reasonable shipping costs - NZ only).

Local Pick Up

When this option is selected you can collect your order from the Naked Vapour retail Store, located on the outside of the Papamoa Plaza shopping centre on Domain Road, Papamoa Beach.

Please wait for an email confirming your order is ready to be collected. Where possible we will have your order ready for pick up on the same day as ordered (with payment confirmation).
