Warranty Information – New Zealand Customers
- Coverage: Warranty applies to batteries and chargers only.
- Consumable items (atomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers, coils, heads etc) are not covered except for Dead on Arrival (DOA) where stated.
- E-Liquids are consumable and covered only for damage in transit. No returns are accepted.
Shipping Costs:
- If a warranty claim is accepted, a replacement will be shipped at our cost.
- If declined, any return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns can be included with your next order to avoid extra shipping costs.
Assessment Process:
- All claims are assessed to confirm the item is not damaged due to misuse or user error.
- Consumable items have no warranty unless stated in the product listing.
