This warranty covers the batteries and chargers only, atomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers are disposable and or consumable products. These items carry a DOA warranty (if applicable).
e-Liquids are also consumable and have only a damage in transit warranty and no returns are accepted.
Please note that the warranty does not include shipping costs incurred for shipping the item back to us or back to you (in the cases of a declined warranty claim), returns can be included in your next order or a full shipping charge is applied. However - If a warranty claim is accepted we will ship a replacement to you at our cost, if the product in not accepted, any return cost is at the customers expense.
We will assess all warranty claims to ensure that items are not damaged through user error. We do this to ensure any items we send back to our suppliers are not rejected for misuse/abuse.
Cartomizers and Atomizers do not come with any warranty unless specifically stated within the listing, as they are considered consumable items. They are designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses.
e-Liquids are DOA only, i.e: damaged in transit (very unlikely as we double bag, seal and then this is also sealed inside another main bubble bag).
All other items within our store will have any warranty listed in their product information. Should this information not be there, then that item will not come with any warranty.
