⚠️ Why This Website Looks So Different

As of 17 June 2025, the New Zealand Government required all vape retailers — including long-standing independents like us — to:

• Remove all product images.
• Rewrite nearly every product description to meet new wording limits.
• Discontinue all discounts, bundles, and loyalty programs.
• Remove brand imagery and any non-compliant signage from stores and websites.
• Limit how we can communicate about our own products to customers.

These changes were not optional.

A public consultation was held, but many in the industry — ourselves included — did not submit feedback. After years of ongoing regulatory changes, the workload and uncertainty had already taken their toll. When every sentence must be measured against complex rules, silence can feel safer than risking non-compliance.

The result is what you see now: a stripped-back website and retail experience, built to meet the current legal requirements. While it may feel less informative or engaging, this format is what the law allows.

We remain independent and committed to serving you within these constraints. If you need help finding a product or understanding your options, please contact us directly — we’ll assist however we’re permitted to.
