COVID 19 Status

LEVEL 2

Hi everyone,

We are now able to resume normal operations - ie; regular face to face retail so our retail store is back to being open 7 days a week - 9am - 6pm Mon-Fri and Sat & Sun 10am-4pm.

Online Sales can be couriered to you, OR local customers can order online and collect from the Naked Vapour retail store directly, same day provided your order is placed before 1pm and is paid for before collection, (eft-Pos or cash in-store, bank deposit, Laybuy etc). Collection is available from 1pm until we close.

LEVEL 3

Hi everyone,

From Tuesday 28th April 2020 we are able to move to Level 3.

We are open for Online Sales that can now either be couriered to you, OR local customers can order online and collect from the Naked Vapour retail store directly, same day provided your order is placed before 1pm and is paid for before collection, or by contactless Paywave at pick up - contact less. 

So no face to face retail, until advised we can.

Our couriers have will continue their pickups from us as an essential business, and deliver to your door using contactless delivery methods.
